Key Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor individuals in business, mindset, and personal development
- Facilitate structured conversations to help clients clarify goals and next steps
- Support clients in developing leadership skills and self-awareness
- Conduct one-on-one mentoring via phone or Zoom
- Proactively build and grow your own client base through professional networks and online platforms
- Engage with prospective clients through ethical, value-led communication and relationship building
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Maintain accurate records of client progress
